Services Pricing
The following outlines the design concepts, website maintenance, search engine submission and other critical issues. A quotation, based on the requirements stipulated, will follow in when you have contacted me.
WEBSITE DESIGN
Static pages (a webpage is defined as being static if it contains only text, graphics and internal or external links to other pages) are currently designed and tested before being uploaded. Unlimited text and up to 10 images on each page. All text and images are to be supplied by the Customer. Additional images per page will be charged on an ad hoc basis. An online response form with 4 to 8 fields can be added by request. Additional pages will be chargeable per page.
Submission to Search Engines
Submission of the site to the most commonly used search engines is charged per bulk submission. Curiously Creative does NOT guarantee acceptance, placement or positioning on any search engine, as this is entirely controlled by the search engine suppliers themselves. Please note that it may take anything from 2-6 weeks after submission before the search engine includes the website in its index, if at all.
Website Maintenance
The onus shall be on the Customer, to advise Curiously Creative of any textual amendments that may be necessary, after the final approval of the completed website. These amendments shall be charged per changed page uploaded. Additional pages added to the website after the initial design period, are charged at the same rates as the initially deisgned pages. This fee also includes the addition of internal links to all existing pages, linking to the new page. These changed or additional pages will then be loaded to the server via FTP on the Customer’s behalf at no additional cost.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the overall design cost shall be due on acceptance of quote. This 50% cost will be based on the amount quoted for, however, should the final design have additional pages to those quoted for, these will be charged for in addition to the remaining 50% at the end of the design period.
Should the Customer cancel any contract in whole or in part, Curiously Creative shall be entitled to the deposit as a cancellation fee.
Liability
Curiously Creative cannot be held responsible for any damage of/to the Customer’s website, associated software and systems before, during or after construction and implementation of the website, nor for any complaint arising from the content of the website in the future.
Termination policy
Customer and Designer may terminate project based upon mutually agreeable terms to be determined in writing, either prior to agreement with this proposal or within the final Customer-Designer Contract.
Terms of proposal
The information contained in a quote is valid for 14 days. Proposals approved and signed by the Customer are binding upon the Designer and Customer beginning on the date of Customer's signature. All fees and costs are estimated. Designer's ability to meet deadlines is predicated upon Customer's provision of all necessary information and approvals in a timely manner. Changes in scope of work and/or project specifications may require a revision to the information provided.
